I am 6' flat and am built like an athlete, not the slim trim kind, the kind that can kill.  I picked up racquetball last fall and am currently on the team for my college where I am going to Nationals.  I also am currently the state Champion for Women's D's in Arizona, which was a lot of fun. 

Mainly my goals are to get back in a healthy weight range, not stress out so much about how much I eat, as it probably isn;t enough, and to develop a healthier body image.   I started swimming again so that I would feel more comfortable in public in my swimming suit, and also so that I can work on muscle tone.  So far, so good.
