Hi =) The name is Lilliana, I am a 22 year old mom of two. My main goal and reason for creating this account is to lose weight! I need all the support I can get!

                                  Well heres my story:                                                              Ive always been very small some people even said I was too skinny barely fitting in a size 0 and sometimes that was too big even after my first kid was born but after my second kid (who is now 1) WOW! I blew up and mostly in my mid section. It's the common story I guess of having a baby, being lazy or "too busy" to take the time out and exercise plus over eating and not eating healthy. My problem all started with using food to comfort my feelings, yes I am an emotional eater and besides that I just LOVE food! Ha Ha!

I feel embarrassed and ashamed. I use to be in perfect shape and now I just feel like a fat cow =( It really hit me when not only my ex told me I got fat but my daughter told me "um mommy im sorry but your fat now" I feel almost like hiding in a cave! In fact I have missed a lot of important events because I didnt want people to know I gained this much weight. Ive kept it a secret from everyone for this whole year since I gained it and now I am ready to be open. I feel like talking about it helps, I dont know how but it just does. Everyone needs a support group especially when it comes to losing weight.                   Its not exactly a piece of cake...Mmm cake =P

Currently I weigh 131 at 5'2 and I am in a size 5. My measurements are the gross part: 31 29 34 Yuck! I am a small frame with small bones my ankles and wrist are super tiny. My goal weight is 105-110. Specifically I want to be back in a size 1 pants as soon as possible. I have a family reunion the week before christmas and I'd love to lose some where around 20 pounds by then or I there is no way Im going!

I am on a very good diet. I eat healthy food, small portions, High Protein and low carbs and low sugar. What I need is an exercise plan to lose 2 pounds a week. I know it sounds like a lot but I really think I have the determination to push myself to do it. 
Does anyone know of a really good exercise plan to obtain this goal or at least something close to it? I tried to google weight loss but basically all I get is sites trying to get me to buy stuff that I have already tried. I am willing to exercise hours every day but I am not in super good shape so obviously I wont be able to run 10 miles a day or do 100 pushups and 500 sit ups at once! 

BTW, Tried so many acai berry drinks and pills that I cant even begin to count! Didnt work for me or anyone that I know. Im done praying and wishing and hoping for some magic pill, Ive probably tried every type of weight loss pill shot and drink out there over the past year... Clenbuterol, Xenical, Acai, Phetemine, HCG, Cleanse diets, Special K, Slimfast ect ect ect! None of which helped me lose even a pound =( Now I want to try the natural way, exercise and food control. 

Anyone have any exercise ideas? Please help I would appreciate your positive advice or input =) Also I'd love to hear some success stories or plans if you guys have any. I love hearing other peoples stories, especially if they relate to mine! Or inspiration.

UPDATE: Ive lost 9 pounds in the past two weeks! I started off weighing 140 and I now weigh 131! I went from measurements 32-32-35 to a 31-29-34 Unfortunately that still puts me in the apple category and im aiming for that slim hour glass ;) I am still wearing the same size and some how still look the same but I believe it is a start to something amazing! This isnt just a diet for me, it's a whole life style change. I want to be healthy and I am sick of feeling guilty at the end of the day because of what I ate and how much I consumed, I will never again let food control my life. I want to set and good example for my daughters in this obese society so that they grow up making healthy decisions and not falling into the rut me and many other have. Thanks every one for the support and advice. Add me if you'd like I'd love to make new friends and expand my support group. Lots of love and best of luck
