Bio

I am a recent graduate who is finally working on getting in shape. In high school I was tiny with the worst eating habits known to mankind and no sense of exercise. Once I got into a college I started putting on the pounds but refused to give in to the "lifestyle change." Now that I am out of college I want to get into shape and get healthy before my body catches up to me. I weigh around 135 lbs, 5'4" with a small frame. I would like to be in the mid to low 120s by the end of July when I got to the beach.

I have been working out and eating healthier on and off for about a year now and I want to use this website to help me stay on track. I am a cronic junk food snacker, procrastinator and can be just down right lazy! BUT I recently joined a gym, spoke with a trainer and came up with a plan I think I can stick to!

Advice that REALLY works for those on the 130-110's!!!!!
