I just went grocery shopping this morning at publix and picked some up. It was smaller than they usually were and there weren't many.

Maybe try another publix?

Tomorrow is my first 6am workout so will see how it goes. Will leave my lunch in the car and also eat breakfast at work.

Hope the morning workout benefits are worth this.

Well I work in an office so I would need to shower just a bit freaked out from all the stories you hear. And the hassle of taking all my shower products with me.

I don't have a cooler but assume I will have to invest in one.

I love Halloumi cheese, although last time I got it, it was way to salty.

I was thinking of maybe trying tandoori tofu skewers.

Original Post by windra06:

My number1 reccomendation is 100% fruit jam(preserve/jelly not sure what you call it in the US). I buy a brand called streamline and its 130calories PER JAR which works out at something silly like 15cal per tablespoon, and it has whole fruits in.

I often have cheese and pickle, using a thick slice of low fat cheese, sometimes the plasticy looking slices because they are only 30cal and then a teaspoon of pickle (in the UK i get branston) and you wouldnt think it but its 15cal a serving.

low calorie version of nuttella, 50 cal a serving but i cant resist hehe.

Extra light margarine with a dusting of cinamon, about 30-40cal.

Does nutella do a low calorie version??  or is it a different brand?

Fitness Im searching for new running shoes. Please help Apr 14 2009

The best advice I can give you...is to find a running store in your area.  They will watch you walk/run and advise you based on that.  The shoes will probably be in the same price range as the ones you have posted (ones I bought were cheaper).

Also take your old running shoes with you.

Just something I discovered...the Cabot cheeses - they have lines on their packaging to show how much is a serving size.  Thought that was helpful.

Foods FOOD WARS--fiber one oats and chocolate vs. fiber plus [kellogg's] chocolate chip Mar 27 2009

Chrissy, I completely agree with you.  I like the texture of the Fiber one bars a lot better.  I also prefer the almond dark chocolate kelloogs one over the chocolate chip.
