I used some as a marinade for baked cod and then used the rest to make a dressing for poached egg and kale salads. in no particular order: lawn and garden - spread "weed and feed" on the lawn - weed the veggie garden and put in the stalks - cut the dead tulips - prune the rose bushes and hostas - plant dahlia tubers (already kinda late on these) and maybe broccoli seed wedding stuff - print out and mail mom bridal shower guest list - finalize invitation wording and number needed - shop for rings - look at tuxes - spray paint birdcages - call around for price on favors food - farmer's market & do the groceries - grill (porterhouses & mushrooms one day, sardines the next) - bake (angel food cake and creme brulee) misc - church - scrape paint off garage trim (maybe porch too, paint next week) - go for a hike with yogi - movies with friends - iron (tonight) there's more, but that's a quick list. won't all get done. just hoping to put a nice dent in it

oh the work list at the office is ever growing. that's a given. i've sort of become numb to that though :-) mentally, regardless of the amount of work on my desk, i have checked out :-p

my brain has already checked out for the work week i have been sitting here thinking of all the things i want to get done this weekend. not enough weekend to do it all. now i'm even more eager to get out of here to get a jump start on all those things 2.75 hrs still :-/
