| Yeah. I did and i found out that it can cause a stroke but only if its really hot. So its recommended at night. Or not at all. | |||

| P.s. it is very unsafe if its more than 80 degrees because te heat does not escape through the bag. It could lead to a stroke if it is really hot. So dont always use it. | |||

| You can acutally lose both if done everyday. Because of the heat that it causes internally it makes you shed fat inside. And when you run, cardiolly, it gives you abs and tones your body out. | |||

| You should go brisk walking at 3.5 mph. What i found useful was to cut a trash bag for your head and arms and put it under all your clothes and wear a jacket and what not. Since you are your size, you will sweat more and see results in a few weeks if you do it for a hour to 30 minutes a day for five dats a week. I been doing it and i see some changes. | |||

| Im 14 , 150 pounds because i have a big frame and heavy bones. I take a all natural shake that makes you lose appetite. I cutted down on chips, soda, and dont eat as much meats but if i do then the only size i eat is about the size of my fist. I excercise everyday at night and then today in the morning. And i been doing itfor the past three days, my pace is at a 3.5- 4.0 | |||

| Im 14 and im 145-150 weight range because of my heavy bones. I have about a inch to my stomach and its starting to slowly go away because i have been brisk walking for 30minutes to a hour doing two to four miles or more a day ata 4.0 pace. The recommended weight to for a 17 year old is 130. You shouldnt go lower than that, if you did then it should be atleast 128 or so. Walking for atleast 30 minutes a day for five days a week is good because you ate still growing on the inside. I recommended you do some light jogging for 30 minutes atleast two days and then te other three is brisk walking for a good 45 minutes. You will probably lose the weight in three months or four. Maybe even less if your pushing yourself and having a more intense workout. Walking at night would also be good for you because you have time between your job and school. You sweat but your still cool at night. The thing about it is that you have to eat gealthy and cut out all the junk foods. Including chips, soda, cakes, desert ect. Good luck! | |||

| When doing situps or even crunches, it makes your abs tighten but it doesnt make you lose your belly, it also stregnthens it. I did four miles yesterday, almost walking for a hour. Im planning on doing some jogging after a block of brisk walking. Can you tell me atleast four meals to eat a day that is under 400 calories but yet its good? | |||
