My name's Liv and I am 6 ft, 165 lbs.

I am currently at my all time heaviest and am working to lower that by about 15-20 lbs. I feel my best at about 150 so I'm going to push to get there. I am currently training daily for university basketball next year, but I don't think I'm pushing myself as hard as I can. 

I plan on eating about 1500 cals a day and seeing what happens. My only problem is overeating as soon as I start eating something I like.
