Vitality Skills is Dr. Stibich newest venture which will provide online tool to help people make gentle, lasting change. Experience: Dr. Stibich has over 10 years of experience in helping individuals to make health changes and increase their wellness. As a health coach, Dr. Stibich has worked with companies in Houston and has coached many clients through the difficult process of lifestyle change necessary to manage health conditions and make lasting progress. He believes in combining information with action in a way that leads to positive results. This approach has led to success in employee health, corporate wellness and individual change. Education: Dr. Stibich received his PhD in Health Behavior from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. His research has included examining the impact of lifestyle and attitude on chronic health conditions. Through his research and training, Dr. Stibich has developed an approach to behavior change that draws on the most effective techniques in the scientific, psychological and coaching fields. He has applied this approach in assisting individuals make the lifestyle changes needed to increase thier health now and when they are 100. Dr. Stibich holds a life coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
