Yesterday Lunch: chantonnay carrot and mascarpone soup; laughing cow and pickle sandwich; small apple; 2 small petite filous Snack: banana hot chocolate Dinner: Babyleaf salad, cucumber, balsamic glaze, salmon fillet, parmesan, scrambled egg Dessert: too many mars ice creams Yesterday Breakfast: low fat natural yoghurt with berry granola, pumpkin seeds, raw almonds, blueberries, strawberries and a squirt of golden syrup; green tea Lunch: half a chocolate protein shake, red and green grapes, small apple, a little broccoli cheese Snack: 3 pieces of soreen malt loaf Dinner: porridge with peanut butter and jam; 4 crackers with chocolate orange smoked cheese and caramelised onion chutney; 2 small petite filous + tea's made with milk Exercise: 1 hour misc weights and cardio |

Well hello there everyone, i'm sure those of you who posted here when i did remember me right? ;) haha. I hope everyone is well! I have gained an extra half a stone taking my bmi up to a safe 19-19.5! yay! i'm not sure how long i'll be posting here, but basically i hope to inspire some of y'all that (like me) have to fend for themselves, i still struggle with food, but i am in such a happy place right now it doesn't bother me half the time today was a really good day. Breakfast: fruit and fibre cereal with skim milk & a green tea Snack: carrot sticks dipped in red pepper hummus Lunch: 'indian daahl' innocent veg pot (spicy cauliflower, chickpeas, spinach) 3 of my 5/day 2 small petite filous pots Snack: a tiny apple and two mugs of peppermint blended tea with skim milk Dinner: salmon fillet, baked sweet potato, baby leaf, cucumber, avocado, balsamic glaze and sweet chilli dipping sauce Dessert: mars ice cream and another mug of peppermint blend tea with skim milk Exercise: 10k run in 55 mins |

okay thanks! nothing to do with lack of sleep etc then? I have already made an app but have to wait 2 weeks (busy period) and i think i have some complans back home i can take. Completely understand that some people need 4000+ to gain, just didn't think that was the case for me because a) ive always maintained on 1800-2200 and gained on this initially b) im quite a small framed girl and c) i am not active MOST days.. (in bed as we speak)
But i will shove that aside and just increase again for now, and the Drs can tell me if there is anything unusual i guess |

| and how is this the same vibe since i clearly want to gain weight? In the last two years i haven't had this problem.. well not for this long anyway. i gained weight on around 1800 the first time and then maintained on 1800-2200 ish, i'm just wondering where im going wrong this time since it seems i'm doing everything right. Fair enough if you don't want to help me ladydog, but you are so assuming that i am just a little girl craving some attention for a past eating disorder, which isn't the case. Im just struggling to gain weight, and i really do want tool.. especially on my arms and chest. Why would i brag about that? they look vile | |||

oh and my bmi isn't severely underweight, its 17.5 right now :/ but i can tell i need to gain weight because i have a skinny chest and i hate it! |

im 20 in a couple of months! so i guess? not sure.. the nurse said last week that i wouldn't grow anymore..that made me feel old..
oh and the gin and tonic was only 50 calories so im hardly using alcohol to substitute food am i? :) |

Kbryson: hey! its a peanut butter i bought while i was on holiday in america, its like cinnamon flavoured with pieces of granola and raisins mixed in! really yummy! you used to post here last time i was gaining.. like two years ago :/ how come??

Hey Guys, my name is Lowri, i am hoping to post my eats here for a while. I used to post on the maintainers thread but lost some pounds (unintentionally!) so i need to try and gain those back. Snack: 40g cinnamon infused dried fruit and nut (150) Snack: 500g farmhouse yoghurt with cinnamon + apple compote (550) Dinner: 2 white wraps filled with chicken slices, avocado, creme fraiche + grated cheese (550) Snack: mug of tea and 10 festive friend mini biscuits (200) :2700 |

Nevereatshreddedwheat- thanks! there is no chance of me relapsing, i couldn't put myself or my family through that again, and besides.. i like my food too much now :P
Its just strange as i have lost 5 pounds in 5 days by eating 2000calorlies, after maintaining perfectly for 18 months! i would find it hard to gain while im in uni, mainly because i really can't afford it! and i also have to eat on the go a lot. I was just wondering how bad it would be of i did maintain this weight (all the better if i gain it all back just as quick!) for say a month? until xmas, i go back home for the holidays so i could cocentrate on gaining, and obvs my parents would be paying for the groceries. |

Ciana: That is strange!! was your check up ed related? or just a general one? your bmi is bang on perfect! and i am so glad to hear you are happy with it. I guess you are a good example really, you look sooo petite and tiny, it makes NO SENSE what so ever that my bmi is lower than yours :/ maybe its down to body frame.. I am not offended by the way, i agree i would love some more curves, but for some reason even when i was a bmi of 20-21 pre ed, i had no boobs (like b cup) and carrying weight on the bottom/hips doesn't run in my family either, i feel like if i gained weight i would look the same just with more of a belly/thighs... I am also so glad to hear you are back to 2200! idk if my food LOOKED skimpy yesterday, but it was around 2000 :) the chai latte was full fat ;) i am going home tomorrow night for the weekend so i will do a better food shop with my mum :) Btw.. i haven't had ANY time to go to the gym for the past month and i seem to look the same.. Headz yesterday my bmi was 18.1 but it ranges between 18 and 18.5 really. yeah i ususally weigh 105 pounds haha! when i signed up to CC at the start of recovery, i put my GW as 105 :) i just don't feel 'tiny' at all, i just think i look really normal average sized... i'm blabbing! Yesss i make the cottage pie! and its so tasty and easy to make i fry an onion in oil, add in the mince, vegetable stock and bisto gravy granules, also some boiled and diced carrot, then let it thicken the mash is 1/2 and 1/2 white and sweet potato made with milk and butter i put the mince in a dish and top with the mash and add some grated cheese, then pop it under the grill so that it gets a bit crispy!

Ciana: honey roast nuts remind me of xmas so much! which brand do you get? my cals are usually 1800 but with alcohol its more! are you counting? if so.. how much are you maintaining on?
Timeisnow: looks great, i'd say you're mainaining on around the same amount as me. Everone: i saw the nurse for a check up today and she did my height/weight/bmi.. i wasn't suprised at my bmi (it was what i thought) but living in cardiff i am surrounded by girls and i can't help seeing myself as really average weight wise, idk if thats my ed talking or what, i just dont think i LOOK like that bmi, i feel like i look around a bmi of 20 which is still really slim.. could anyone have a look at my pics and see if you agree? you won't trigger me. TODAY B: oats so simple sweet cinnamon flavour made with skim milk + loads of peanut butter stirred in; cup of black coffee L: 1/2 pot of caramelised red onion hummus with carrot and cucumber sticks; big bunch of red grapes; packet of ritz crackers S: chai tea latte D: home made cottage pie with sweet potato mash; a sprinkle of cheese; brocolli + cauliflower P: strawberry + apricot petite filous; peppermint tea |
