38yo Married/ 4sons/ work full time  Married to a wonderful man. My goal is to loose 80pounds by June2010... I have a special event coming up. My youngest son graduates from high school ((WOWsers!! i know)) Its way past time for me to start taking care of myself! Its time to do something about my  weight. I'm  finding more time for myself.  Need to loose weight, Not only for health purposes but for my own self confidence. If you have any suggestions or Ideas please feel free to share...I've joined my local gym and currently workout doing cardio 3-4 per week. It's been a month.. looking for any advise or suggestion for low fat recipes and counting calories or atleast learning how to read the labels!
