Hi,  I'm new to this site....I've had a hysterectomy they put me on hormones and I gained 50 pounds in about 8 months.  I've recently moved and I hoping this site works.  I have been trying to do the diet thing alone for almost 2 months it's not working.  So...I hope to meet new people and maybe having a support system will help!
