So...I'm about to be a senior in college and about to turn 21....i've kind of bounced up and down from 133 (lowest, was there for like a week) and 156 (highest) since my soph/junior year of high school.

even at 133 i wasn't 100% satisfied with how i looked.  whenever i lost weight it was through South Beach, so even though I lost weight and was somewhat smaller, i was still all jiggly.

This time around I decided to do it mainly through exercise.  My calorie counting isn't strict, but i do have an idea of what i eat which is between 1300-2000 calories....but I'm exercising like crazy.  My first sprint triathlon (1/4mi swim, 10mi bike, 3mi run) is in TWO WEEKS! (Aug 23) and I'm crazy excited.

I can now run around 5 miles, which is unheard of for me....and am at 140.6

My goal is to get down to 135 in the next few weeks, and then be in between 125-129 by the time i go home to Panama on October 17....

let's see how it goes!
