| isnt stevia a plant though? yes its bad for you, but splenda is the least of all the chemical sweetener evils. ive never been a coffee drinker but i know teach can be fine with just milk. maybe if you dilute the coffee, and have it in many watered down doses, youll just want to put cream and not sugar? | |||

| grains themselves aren't unhealthy. but the overprocessed american "grains" generally are really devoid of nutrients, proteins, fibers and as a result youre only really left with the crappy side effects like inflammation(no, this isnt just celiacs people but everyone), and joint pain, etc i your even sensitive to it(which many more people are because its so processed). i have friends who have celiacs and they can eat wheat fine in moderation in europe. some can even live of it. just goes to show you | |||

| Foods | carbs!!! | Aug 05 2012 02:36 (UTC) |

| ^ actually thats totally misinformed nonsense. protein can't be stored as fat. carbs, especially simple ones, are easily stored as fat, more easily than any other macronutrient. so if youre exercising well, yeah under 100 will help with the weight loss a ton. even ifi youre not it really does make you feel better, but only if you cut out things like bread and pasta, etc | |||

| Weight Loss | THE tim tam challenge. DAY ONE. Who's with me...? | Aug 02 2012 04:03 (UTC) |

| ah, the perks of having gluten sensitivities. coconut oil if im not careful. but i also just include it in my cal count. my advice which may totally be wrong for you is this: how many of the timtams are in one package? could you limit yourself to half of a package each time? do this for a few weeks and then lower it to a fourth, etc? i know this type of pattern generally works for me | |||

| you shouldnt be having less than 1500! im so sorry for what youre going through sweety, and I know its difficult, but one, you need to always make sure to eat at least 1500. two, if youre really serious, measure your foods. you have no idea how "pricey"(calorie wise) some calorie dense foods can be. three, what sports are you playing? if youre especially active at 15 and your stats are accurate, you should be having more like at least 1800. but im not a doctor so i guess that would be the first thing id recommend. good luck with everything. | |||

| costco does save alot but hmart in my area(and magruders) beat all. raspberries for one dollar, one dollar per lb for strawberries; everything is basically that cheap produce wise. so its actually cheaper in my area if you shop at hmart | |||
