Bio

Well, I started counting calories at 210lbs on January 25th. (goal 1400 cals per day) Sedentary lifestyle
I have lost 20 lbs so far and I'm hoping to lose another 25 to reach my goal weight of 165.

UPDATE! July 6, 2007.
I am now at 183.5.
I've started working out too! I plateaued all through the month of June so I've added some light yoga and a morning short workout and I'm hoping the weight will continue to fall off!!

UPDATE August 20, 2007
I am now at 177. I saw my doctor and discussed my goals and she modified my goal weight to 165, not 155. How sweet it is to be instantly closer to my goal!!

UPDATE December 3, 2007

I stopped counting a few months ago and haven't really moved on the scale.  I have however, been working out 3x a week for a month and I love it.  I never thought I would look forward to getting up at 5am, but I really do.  I'm currently at 175, but I FEEL 100% like I'm at my goal.  Only 10lbs to go and I guess we'll see what happens then!
