Bio

I am about 134, 5'8 and 18% bf. I am trying to drop about 8-9 pounds for some more muscle definition and maybe lower my bf a little more. I am a nutrition freak :P and I love running/yoga/strength training (about 4-5 days per week.)

PS: my weaknesses are peanut m&ms...ice cream and cookies :P...oh and pasta (yay for whole wheat pasta)
