I'm a 35-year-old mom.  My daughter is nearly a year old.  I gained fifty pounds during my pregnancy and have yet to lose much of it.  I finally started the CC program when I couldn't squeeze into my size 14 clothes!  My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy size (10), improve my overall health, and increase my energy level.
