Wow, so many replys. So I didn't know the name of the method used so I looked it up I think going on the descriptions I found online that both times they used Bioelectrical impedance analysis, the first time they just made me hold in my hands something that looked like the handles of a byke. The second time they made me lie down and placed some electrodes (I think they were electrodes) on my right feet and then on my chest (or hand? I had like 5 test done that day hehe I was a human guinea pig, so I kind of hard to remember each one clearly) and I really don't know much about this, that's why I'm coming here to maybe learn a bit more... she said 30% body fat, 46% muscle and she said that my water levels were low... apparently body fat shouldn't be over 26% and muscle mass should be between 40-47% so I'm good :-) other than that they didn't say anything else... I honestly was feeling kind of crappy about the number not going down more so I didn't ask any more questions.

OK, so I will keep up cardio mix with a weights... thanks :-) and melkor, I carry most of my weight on the lower part of my body I'm pretty skinny on the top... but yeah I honestly was shocked at both results... the first one a year ago really shocked me, but I could understand it because before that I never excersiced... now well... it's just kind of sucky hehhe

July 8: I had a 0.5Kg loss in one day... hope it sticks. Hopefully this means I'm ove my mini plateau. I'm really hoping to be at 137.7 pounds by next week! *fingers crossed*

July 15: Well, looks like I'm not going to quite make my goal for my weekend at the lake (137.7) but hey, it's pretty darn close. This week I have been super sick, so no excersice or diet so I'm actually kind of surprised I lost so much! Today I finally get back to the gym... I hope I can make my goal this month! :)

* Excersice challenge: Horrible, I'm normally VERY active but this week I got sick and didn't have time... hope that there will be another excersice challenge in the future. I had 0.9 points
