I'm 6'2, Italian and I have really long hair. I used to weigh 240 pounds. I now way around 188, but I was down to 168. Due to a bad year I gained alot of weight back (was at 200) but now I am going back down. I'm really horrible at eating right nor do I always have the ability too, but I am working on making as healthy as a choice as possible, and hopefully get around 170 by June. Its a couple months so its kinda alot, but I think its do-able.
