Well I weighed around 220lbs when I was going to school in the US... then when I moved back to Jordan I lost a bunch of weight and managed to maintain a weight of around 190lbs. Last year I went on a weight loss challenge and lost around 40 lbs and got to 150lbs i looked and felt great ...... then winter struck I am up around 30 lbs which I really need to lose ....... Well hopefully this site will help ...
