no , videos of cruelty to animals are completely different. do whatever to yourself but to be cruel or watch cruelty deserves hell . NO REASON FOR IT. |

oh god didnt know the pill made them happen . been on it from 16 . So at 24 when I was really bad my ' fake pill ' period was less than a day and just spotting.. not good. so thankful to be better x |

b oat so simple, glazed doughnut, shape yoghurt small bowl cereal, green tea
snack 3 choc fingers snack 2 apple and cereal bar lunch 400 cal pasta pot, crisps, 2 slices bread, slice melon and green tea snack apple tea 1/4 large pizza 400 cal canelloni meal 2 biscuits supper- apple and fairy cake. feel as this is loads compared to others! |

Yesterady Break- oat so simple with 2 advent chocs in small slice of cake biscuit banana yoghurt green tea snack- sweets (handful) 4 biscuits din- salad, pitta bread, bread roll, darylea triangle, slie cheese, seabrook chrispa, more sweers. green tea 2 spoons scone mix and 2 small scones tea- small bowl tomato pasta and rest of my fellas lasagne 1/2 garlic pizza bread, another scone. few melon and grapes. during- tea, juice, water.

SO BORRRED! Moan when in work but think it's even worse having time off. And the dog has had surgery so can't even walk him. moan moan. Is it too early to getv ready for 7.30? lol x |

honestly i do look fine at this weight though as it was my pre ed weight more or less... and i eat tons- think its just another one of my ways of getting ready for my hols along with tan n nails etc. believe me i refuse to go down that rd again x but thankyou for your concern n ur right i do need to be mindful of any diet even if it us onr where u eat as much. believe me i will attack the buffet and a la carte there |

hey thanks for the advice- must admit i caved today n got some wholewheat rye bread. crisps ( chips) are also calling my name lol x i am def esting when hungry which is normally every hr lol x |

haha well said! there's always sonething that is 'bad' for us and u gotta have a life! on detox for 2 days before my hols n then right back to doughnuts n fizzy pop n haribo! :D |

Well, I just started eating loads and loads then didi not want to count as I didi not want to see a big number. I find that if I start eating less (though it has eased off appetite wise now) I am tempted to count. Gotta say though I am struggling. Feel liek I have loads of cellulite :( Keep looking back at skinnier pics etc. How can I feel fatter if I am the same weight as I was at photos at 16? I look well bigger in my legs now :( maybe my weight moved there. Anyway... sorry having a bad image FAT day. That's how I did it though... gotta keep thinking of the big picture- ED free life. |
