So, My name is Melanie. I am 18 yrs old. I currently weigh 162. I want to lose 42 pounds by Feb. 21, 2009. and I would like to keep that weight off, also im trying to change for the better. By making healthier choices, and have it become a lifestyle. I also want to be in shape. I'm trying to treat my body good now that im still young... People sometimes decide to take care of themselves when they're already older, but i rather start now lol. So i hope to lose 21 pounds by Nov 1st, which is my boyfriends birthday. I know im being really optimistic, but this is what i want and im going to go for it.. I'm just so tired of always being the chunkiest out of everyone.. I start college in January.
