snack: 0% chobani blueberry yogurt

lunch: salad w/mixed greens, tomatilla, cucumber, carrots, red and orange peppers, light shredded cheese, black beans, shredded bbq chicken breast

snack: herb roasted turkey breast w/spicy mustard, carrots

dinner: organic tomato soup

snack: whole grain ritz crackers w/laughing cow light

dinner: taco salad w/mixed greens, lean ground turkey seasoned w/low sodium taco seasoning, tomatoes, light sour cream, sliced avacodo

snack: wine, wine and maybe popcorn

Breakfast: 1c toasted oatmeal flakes, 4 strawberries, 1/2 banana, coffee w/sf hazelnut creamer

Snack: trail mix w/almonds, pistachios, dried cherries and cranberries

Lunch: salad w/mixed greens, cucumbers and tomatoes topped w/bleu cheese yogurt dressing, leftover homemade chicken pot pie soup w/chicken chunks, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans and celery, juicy red pear

Snack: hot chocolate w/light vanilla soy milk w/2tbsp sf chocolate syrup, celery & laughing cow cheese

Dinner: lean ground turkey taco salad w/mixed greens, black beans, light cheese, tomatoes, salsa

Snack: decaf candy cane peppermint green tea H2o:3.5 L

Workout: 60 mins at the gym-35 mins running, 10 mins precor, abs & arms

i follow the south beach diet and usually snack on

savory: light string cheese, hard boiled eggs, almonds, hummus w/peppers and cucumbers, laughing cow cheese..really w/anything :)

sweet: non fat plain yogurt w/spenda brown sugar & walnuts, fat free cottage cheese w/sf apricot preserves

mmm...spaghetti squash is great!! i mix mine w/pesto sauce and diced tomatoes

this is a fav dip of mine 

  • 1 can black soy beans (or other beans on your diet plan)
  • 4 oz lf cream cheese (1/2 package) leave out of fridge for half an hour for better blending
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup medium salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Blend in food processor-enjoy!

lunch: greek salad w/tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, roasted red peppers peppers & feta, chicken tortilla soup

snack: carrots w/laughing cow light cheese, pumpkin bread (mmm!)

dinner: turkey chili w/black bean, green and red peppers, onions, steamed broccoli

snack: sf hot chocolate made w/vanilla almond milk

 Also try to make sure you are staying hydrated as this can elevate your heart rate if not; thus, taking longer for your body to cool down.....are you drinking during your 90 mins of working out?

I completely agree she should not be critisized for her running skills. I used to love posting and reading comments on here and believe I am going to switch sites due to lack of support by members.

It could be because the meds you are on, possibly you may want to check w/your Dr. to see if that would have any interference in your normal heart rate after a cooldown.

I just found this post, such a great idea chrissy1988, I need some new food ideas! I have been trying not to count every morsel I consume, but here goes! My goal is 1300-1400 calories/daily

B: 1c. kashi go lean honey almond flax cereal w/1/2c. light vanilla soymilk, frozen blueberries, coffe w/sf creamer (300)

S: dannon light n'fit lemon yogurt (80)

L: huge salad w/spinach, feta cheese, onions, green & red peppers, grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, light asiago balsamic vinegrette, an orange (~400)

D: Turkey Taco Salad night for my BF's birthday! w/red lettuce, lf sour cream, salsa, and sharp cheddar cheese, 6 baked tortilla chips crumbled in (~350)

S:  apple w/1 tbsp natty peanut butter (~170), possibly some wine after the musical we go see

Total: 1300 (w/wine 1500)

Work Out: 45 mins elliptical

This is a great post, and reminds me ever so gently that today I am breaking up with peanut butter....it's crunchy, calorie-ladeness is so delicious......but needs to end today :) self-sabatoge is the main reason...
