I am a nursing student at 39yo (about 2-3 years in) and have 5 children ages 5-16yo. I am an compulsive researcher and know a little bit about everything medical, especially obstetrics. I also love cooking (probably how I got into this mess!) and gardening and home repair. I have brand-new raised beds and plan to grow my own produce next summer! I am more than 50lbs overweight and plan to be in my "new body" by the time I start clinicals next fal because 200lbs+ does not work! My eventual career goal is to be a Nurse Practitioner and have my own independent practice with a mobile exam room and specialize in home visits and the uninsured.
