I like to eat bananas when I don't have enought time because you can eat them in the car. Also keep some of nuts at your office that you can snack on when you get to work helps too.

I am there right now. Last summer I lost like 20lbs and was 108lbs (I am short and have small frame-except for my hips..haha), but now I've gained about 15 of it back. Most people think I am a little crazy for trying to lose weight, but this morning I could not fit into my favorite work pants..I mean not even close. I know being around 110lb is my correct wieght for me. I would love to lose about 10lbs, especially because I am working out with a trainer now and you would be able to see my muscles I've gained so much more.

I just found these fruit roll ups at Costco and they reminded me of the unhealthy versions of when I was a kid:

http://www.amazon.com/Simply-Fruit-Rollups-Va rity-Pack/dp/B0034UR8JY

But these are actually good for you: 50 calories, no corn syrup, no artificial colorings, contains a FULL serving of fruit, have some vitamin  C, made out of 90% fruit, and best of all taste GREAT!

I also like reduced fat wheat thins.

No sugar added applesause.

Bagels (my favorite food) : I used to go to Einsteins and get an everything bagel with sausage and cheese almost everyday! I only eat them twice a year: chirstmas and my bday. However, if someone brings them to the office I will have 1/2 a bagel with some light cream cheese.

Pasta: I eat once a blue moon when I go out, but do not buy it at the grocery store anymore.

Soda

Juice: soooo much added sugar. I get V8 fusion every once in a while now because I have problems eating my vetables, but thats it.

whole milk: can't believe I used to drink that.

Chips, cookies, ect
