42 year old attorney from Dallas, Texas. 

 I recently restarted my law practice after several years spent becoming an Executive Chef.  Big change, I know!!  Nonetheless, I was able to keep my weight under control while in the kitchen since I was always moving and grazing all day instead of eating big meals.  I gained about 20 lbs. as soon as I started sitting behind a desk again.  I joke that it's the payback for getting a real paycheck again...

For the last several months, my girlfriend and I have been exercising A LOT!! Five to six days per week of weightlifting and six days of cardio (HIIT).  While I am seeing definite changes to my body in terms of strength and muscle development, I am still struggling with my body fat percentage.  I am stuck at about 19%.  I would like to get that to about 10-12%.  I started to monitor my food intake and have read extensively about losing fat without destroying muscle, to the extent possible.

 The results aren't too bad so far, but I am getting anxious and impatient.
