I turned 40 last year. I have 3 children ages 8, 6, and 18 months. I've been married to the most patient man on earth for over 10 years. He keeps me even and stable and is truly a saint for putting up with some of my antics over the years. He is a prince among men and I love him dearly! I worked as an HR Manager in the retail industry for many years until I had kids, now I stay home. I lived in CT for 7 years until we moved back to my hometown of Buffalo, NY this past summer. I am so happy to be near my wonderful and loving family and reconnecting with friends! Buffalo really is a great place. It has so much going for it- like a hidden treasure. Since I've turned 40, I am trying to appreciate each and every day for what it is- nothing more or less. Three and a half years ago I lost one of my dearest and closest friends to colon cancer. I miss her dearly, but learned a very critical lesson: never take anything for granted, be grateful for every day you have, love those around you, and be proactive about your health! I've had many ups and downs over the past few years (as we all do), and I think I finally feel peace, happiness, and gratitude. It is so great to be connected/reconnected to all of you!!!
