| Yeah, I'm really bad with grapes, I usually ask my mom not to buy them because I eat the whole bag of them in one or two days by myself, but she gets them anyways! I think of it this way, there are a lot worse things to binge on then grapes. | |||

If you get any info about this please tell me too because the same exact thing is happening to me. I hate eating but now I've gone from eating less then 300 calories a day to binging EVERYDAY so I end the day with 800-1000 calories. I eat little healthy meals that fill me up but then even if I'm not hungry I binge! I REALLY REALLY want it to stop I cry all the time because it's ruining my life! miss weighing 95lbs now I weight near 105lbs and I'm miserable, I miss being anorexic, it made me feel better about myself.

| I recommend Better n' Peanut Butter. Only 100 calories per 2 Tbsps with 20 from fat meaning, 2.5 grams of fat. I haven't tried it yet but I've been wanting to. Try it and let me know! | |||

I love cereal, I could probably do this diet, usually for breakfast I eat 1/2 cup of Life with 1/4 cup of milk, topped with a 6" banana, 2 medium strawberries, and 1/16 cup of blueberries, that's about 210 calories which is my biggest meal of the day and then later either between lunch and dinner or at 9:30pm I'll have 1/2 a cup of my favorite kiddie cereal like Cookie Crisp as a treat so I don't binge.
What I have to say about the Special K cereal diet is poo poo because it's not giving you the variety of nutrients your body needs and it would just make more sense to eat meals based on fruits and vegetables to end with the same amount of calories. I'm sure all the sugar in the cereal isn't that great for you either. Stick to the core foods and produce, I agree with calorie counting. |

I'm 17, I think it's important no matter what age you are to know what you are putting into your mouth. People will say "Aw, don't worry about that stuff," I don't agree with this. It's your body which is like a car and you need to know how to give it the right fuel (food) and know how to treat it(exercise). People should be aware of calories and serving sizes, some of my friends don't even know what calories are and over estimate portions by as much as 4x or more of what they should be. It really bugs me though when teens can eat as much crap as they want and not exercise and still be a twig. I'm athletic, eat less than 700 calories, and make sure I exercise each day for at least an hour and eat right (no junk food here!).
I personally think it's great you are concerned about your body! Mad props to you! |

Thanks for posting back guys. Acutally, I have been in the self-destructive area, I used to hurt and beat myself when I had bad foods. I have had bowel problems where I lost control but only for a day, I'm fine now. I haven't had my period since like Feburary or March, that worries me because I want to be able to have kids.
Right now I just need answers about going to Chinese today(it was like 3 plates my stomach hurts so bad!), I'm bloated and know I'm going to exercise again today but I'm just really nervous. I didn't eat breakfast because I was preparing for the buffet after my morning workout and I definately don't plan on eating dinner. What if I gain a lot of weight from today? |
