I am a holistic counselor specializing in weight management in New York City. I am passionate about helping others with weight loss, emotional eating, food addiction, eating disorders, post-weight loss, and body image concerns.  

I am pleased to have created a unique way to help others with weight management, called Mind Body Music. Mind Body Music is a blending of traditional talk therapy with mind-body techniques, breathing, meditation, and music.  

BIO:

Kimberly received her graduate degree in therapy at New York University and currently has a private practice in Midtown Manhattan.  Kimberly specializes in using traditional verbal psychotherapy and the creative arts therapies for weight management. She developed Mind Body Music, a complimentary treatment approach to help interested clients reduce stress and anxiety levels, promote overall health and wellness, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

Kimberly has trained at The Renfrew Center, William Alanson White Institute, The Creative Therapies Institute, and Performance Wellness, Inc.  She is currently affiliated with the American Music Therapy Association, American Group Psychotherapy Association, and Certification Board for Music Therapists.
