Brand new to keeping in shape, i found after a lengthy spell with birthcontrol that my weight sky rocketed out of control (not helped by the fact that i dont eat properly) for the past month ive started with the basics.. i cut out cafine completely i used to be a huge pop junkie... 2 to 3 cans/bottles of pop a day.. now i drink water and make sure im getting the recomened dosage!
