ok, Lynn, I'm gonna try and help.
The best way to add an item is to use it's number.
To add 1 oz. of dry roasted peanuts, salted type it like this:

1 oz. peanuts, dry roasted [16090]
When you bring up an item in the foods tools area and you have the nutritional info on the screen, up in the bar at the VERY top of the page (the one that says http://www.) at the end of this there will be a number.  That is the number of that food item. Make sure that you put it in the square brackets like I did. [  ]

If this doesnt work, or isn't what you wanted, let me know.

I would go by the ounce measurement.  Mainly because no 2 potatoes are ever exactly alike in size or weight.
When in doubt, weigh it.

So...is what you wrote there all you are eating in a whole day?  And with all this exercise?  I think you already know exactly what I am going to say, don't you?
EAT!  There is no way you are getting enough calories to survive at this rate.  Women need AT LEAST 1200 cals just to keep their body functioning. Those 1200 calories are what you need to have ingested after already subtracting what you have exercsed off!  If you are burning 1000 calories a day, you need to eat at least 2200 calories.  Please, do yourself a favor, start eating more, your body will not allow you to lose if you don't!

I use the pro-air because as Karen said, the old one was bad for the ozone.  The accelerant (sp) used in the old albuterol is what was bad, also there would still be accelerant left in the inhaler after the medicine was gone, so you would just be inhaling accelerant.  The pro-air does not use the same accelerant and when the medicine is gone, the inhaler is empty.  It does not contain a steroid.  Sorry, lengthy and rather repetitive.
Maintaining I can't maintain my weight without calories deficit, help !!! Aug 13 2007

Merika, I have lost 65 pounds in about a 6 month period.  I know that this sounds like alot, but in the first few months I was steadily losing 3 pounds each week.
OK...now the point of my reply.  I still have about 25 pounds that I want to lose, but I thought that I would try out a maintenance program for myself to see how I would do when the time comes.  I have been "maintaining" now for about 3 weeks.  I haven't lost any, but I haven't gained any.  I still eat so freakin healthy that it is disgusting because I will NEVER go back to the high fat, high sugar diet I have lived my life around!
I guess what I am trying to say is that for me to maintain, I am still eating only the delicious healthy foods that have helped me get to this point just more of it.
Was your weight loss a healthy one?  Or, did you restrict too much?  If you seriously restricted, then eating at maintenance level may cause a weight gain at first.  I think that if you continue to eat at what this site gives you as maintenance, you will level out and maintain.
I just this weekend went back to a caloric restriction and have already dropped another pound.  I guess it's just about figuring out your body and it's needs.
Kinda lengthy, sorry.   Best of luck to you and stick with it.

I buy the old el paso pre-made taco shells.  They are relatively low in calorie and I can work them easily into my calorie count for the day.  I heat them slightly in the oven (crisps them back up) break them in half and have 3 or 4 of the half shells with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a spicy taco sauce or salsa.  One of my favorite meals when my DH isn't home!

The biggest thing I can think of is the sodium count in them.  Plus, if you had already had a large amount of sodium during the day, your sodium for the day would have been way huge as those frozen meals are totally loaded with sodium.
