| Bio | I have consistently struggled with weight. My largest was in university at 190lb, and my smallest was 135lb about 5 yrs ago. I currently follow the Canadian Food Guide for my food choices, and eat 5-6 times a day. CC has been great to help me understand what my body needs, and what I am actually putting in my body. I keep myself motivated by training for 10K runs through the summer. I joined a new paddling team this year, and we are training to become a national level team. So, I am at the gym every day, either focused on cardio or strength training. I am competing for one of 20 spots, and there are 35 of us trying out. This is definitely the boost that I needed to keep me active.
