Bio

I have a Bachelors degree in psychology, and am currently the assistant general manager at a Hilton property.  I am working on my addictions counseling certification.

Now let's talk CC!  My weight has kind of fluctuated...I was very very thin, in middle and high school, like 90-110 pounds at 5'6"-5'7".  But I constantly picked apart, battled, and sabotaged my body.  My weight, diet, and exercise have always been an outlet for me, a sense of control, a strive for perfection, etc.  I still battle my body, the obsessions and negative thoughts sometimes, but I am learning to love what I have, and know that my worth is not valued on how thin and fit I am.

I gained a bit the first couple years of college.  Between my sophomore and junior year of college I lost all of that weight by exercising and eating healthy.  I took very good care of myself, and started to pride myself on my level of activity.  I completely changed my lifestyle and priorities.  Exercise and activity are so important to me now, it's my way of life!  Exercise is my entertainment, therapy, stress relief, me time, hobby...EVERYTHING!  I'm very active, I go to the gym at least 5 days a week; 6 or 7 when I'm feeling really motivated!  My lowest weight since starting college has been about 118, at 5'7". 

Although I am at the lower end of my BMI, I still want to lose  some and tone.  I want to get back down to 115-118 and I want to be healthy, lean, and happy with myself.

I am a signed model with HBNB productions, and ultimately want to get into fitness modeling once I completely lean and tone up.

 MY GOALS:

  • I want to feel good in my skin --getting there, struggle every day
  • weigh 115-118 (again)
  • lose inches everywhere --getting there
  • limit the sweets check :) 
  • eat more fruits and veggies check :)
  • drink more water check :)
  • drink less calories (alcohol, starbucks, etc) check :)
  • use a variety of workout tactics, switch it up --continuous goal
