Weight Loss Is the 30 Day Shred enough? Mar 29 2010

 started out with the 30 day shred and then I went on to Jillian's other 2 workout videos and I would alternate between those two. Like everything else though you have to mix it up to keep your body guessing but the 30 day shred is a great step in the right direction.

I used to like to do it before work in the morning because it was quick and effective.

Thank you so much for the support and kind words! It is comforting to know that I am not alone in this. You guys have motivated me to kick it up into high gear and not lose sight of my goals.
