started out with the 30 day shred and then I went on to Jillian's other 2 workout videos and I would alternate between those two. Like everything else though you have to mix it up to keep your body guessing but the 30 day shred is a great step in the right direction. I used to like to do it before work in the morning because it was quick and effective.
