Bio

I am starting from scratch. I was successful losing over 20 lbs in 2007 going from 150 to 122. I lost it fast and gained it back fast. I fell down the slippery slope of bad habits. I have been consciously trying to make better food choices since Jan 1. I am kicking my diet into high gear. I have been journaling and welcomed myself back to the world of CC a few weeks ago so I can see the changes as they happen- and they WILL happen.

I am doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred 4x/week until I get out of this snow.
