I have been overweight most of my life...well pretty much all of my life until 2006. My highest weight was 322lbs and I can not remember my lowest. But in 2005/06 I got on this liquid medically monitored diet and lost 120lbs in 8 months. It was a great plan for me because it was completely straight forward, I knew what I had to eat (rather drink) and I knew how many calories I was consuming everyday. The problem was I went into my Senior year of high school and mid way through I came off the diet. I felt like all of my old habits came rushing back like an open flood gate, luckily was doing softball conditioning at the time and my weight kept going down and got down to 195. After I got out of high school is when I had the problem, I gained 20lbs in what seemed like a month and got up to 220 and I felt disgusted, I could only think to myself after all of that struggle I let myself slip up again. Luckily it was only 20lbs and not my 120 but still it felt like I had failed.....


After all of that I ended up loosing that 20lbs through watching what I ate and exercise and just recently (last november) I had plastic surgery a tummy tuck because of my previous 320lb weight, I could not loose my extra skin. Now I have a plan to get down to 175, and I really am dedicated I want to prove to myself mainly that I have learned through out this whole life long process that I can do it myself. I am trying to just watch my intake and try to bulid muscle and work out. It has been a struggle lately but I really want this.
