| I had it when I was about your age, and I know how hard it is. There really isn't a way to get better quicker, you need to sleep and take it easy or you'll end up making it worse for yourself. If the doctor told you not to run, don't run. Up your fluid intake, that should help with flushing your system (herbal teas and coffee might help?). Things like Gatorade and Powerade are great to keep you hydrated and even make you feel a little better because of the electrolytes they have, if you're worried about calories they do have low cal versions. Also, don't go too far down on calories if you do decide to decrease what you're eating. You're body is going to need them to help it recover - and it will tell you what it needs. | |||

That used to happen to my sister when she had problems with her blood pressure and would work out. Since her blood pressure has gone down it doesn't seem to happen as much when she exercises now.
Have you had yours checked? |

| A red v-neck cashmere sweater that is so low cut it serves no real purpose since I spend most of my time at wok and it would be totally unprofessional. I've lost a few sizes and needed to go buy a new shirt and jeans to wear out so I didn't look ridiculous on Saturday night. And I needed a few new bras since the ones I have are too big. I couldn't resist the feeling of the sweater. Oh well, maybe I'll wear it around the guys next time I see them and see if they like it =P | |||

Saturday night while on the dance floor of the new night club a guy actually walked up to me and asked what kind-of mirror I had in my home that led me to believe that I looked good and not just fat? I told him it was the fun mirror from the circus and threw my friend'd drink in his face - it was worth getting kicked out of the place to see him freak out and everyone else start laughing.
I've dropped 2 sizes recently and if I can get hit on by the door guy (according to my friends, I think he was just being nice) then I'm not worried about what a small minded idiot has to say =) None of us should be. |

| I do a Pilates tape a few times a week instead when I can't swim laps or run. I don't love it, but it is a pretty good workout. It's just like anything else, you get out what you put in. And I agree it has helped with flexibility and toning. Since I tend to be someone that doesn't always stretch when I run, it has helped a lot. | |||

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
