Hello everyone,  I have been a CC memeber since the begining of september 09'.  My starting weight was 156 lbs, CW 152, GW 130 and I am 5'2".  Since I started my weight loss program I was losing a pound a week for the first four weeks, then I started to eat a little more some of the time and part of the time I did good as a result I only lost 1/2 lb the past 2 weeks.  I need support and would like to support others.  I have lost and and gained weight many times through my adult years.  My heaviest was 230.  I would like to get down to my goal weight of 130 lbs.  I am now 152 lbs.  I wear a size 14 and I think that is weigh too much for being 5'2".  My dream would be to get down to a size 8.  But my problem is that I HATE to excercize, I am trying to lose the weight by watching my calories only.  I know that I should incorporate excercize but I try and it only last for a couple of weeks then I give up.  I hope this time I lose the weight for good.
