1) As the previous poster said, drink LOTS of water. Take your body weight in pounds and divide by 2. If you weight 100#, that's 50. That's how many ounces of water you need per day. If you want to drink tea or soda or whatever else, that's extra. That's only water. 2) Try zig zagging your calories - If you need to be at 2000 cal. per day, then eat 1700 one day, 2300 the next, 1800 on day 3, 2200 on day 4, etc. Keep your body guessing. 3) Start tracking your activity *very* closely. You may have too large of a deficit and not be eating enough. Weird, I know but if you don't eat enough, your body thinks your starving and your metabolism goes into near hibernation. |

I'm going to lay this out for you... Continuing to loose weight = die very soon Staying at the weight you are at = die soon Recovering, gaining weight, and dealing with your ED = chance to live Those are your options. You get to pick which one. Your body cannot continue to function at the weight you are at. One, you are still growing and developing. You have already damaged yourself by depriving a growing body of the nutrients you need to develop properly. Your health is kind of like a bank account. You can't really get out more than has been put in. Right now, honey, you are SERIOUSLY over drawn. You have some paying back to do. And as for how you look..... Do you think you will look amazing with a colostomy bag? Do you think you will look amazing in Depends? Do you think you will look amazing in a walker? Do you think you will look amazing when you're bruised up and scarred from the kidney dialsys? Do you think you will look amazing when you're yellow from the jaundice because your liver has failed? Do you think you will look amazing when all your hair falls out? You get to choose which one its going to be. No one but you can choose. We want you to live, honey. Your weight cannot "come back down" for you to survive this. You have to weigh more than you do right now. Let the people on this web site help you. Many have been through this. I have a very dear friend who is dying from her Anorexia and there's not a damned thing I can do to help her. It kills me to see her wasting away but that's what she's chosen. She'd rather do that than stay here with all of us who love her. It's too late for my friend, but I sincerely hope that you realize that people here will do their best to help you. |

I second your estimate. Eating out is hazardous to your diet. They sneak stuff in there. I'd probably add another 100 cal for butter. For some reason, you can't have breakfast unless you have eggs AND butter. BLECH! |

YOu'd have to guess-timate the amount of chicken and broccolli as well as the amount of sauce. You can also order it without oil which means that they use liquid, usually broth, instead of oil to do the stir fry. You might also try ordering something else. |

I'd pick this - Yellow fin tuna tartare with mustard miso sauce and crisp wonton chips Skip the wonton chips but the tuna and soybean stuff shoudn't be too bad. It should be a lot less than the ceaser dressing. I think they call it caesar because it's supposed to make you look like a chubby roman emperor. The chicken or the salmon for the main course. In either event get the sances on the side. And watch out for what they put in the potato salad. Maybe ask for steamed veggies instead. And I agree, skip the dessert but if you must, go for the chocolate squares. They will likely be less calories than the mouuse or the ice cream. |

You can always have any sauces put on the side where you can control how much, if any, you eat of it. Same goes for salad dressings. Words to avoid "cream"... that usually means heavy cream in some form or fashion. "battered" is another word to avoid since it usually means "deep fried in god knows what". If you get a salad, be sure to ask that they put EVERYTHING on the side. I've been tanked by ordering a salad only to find that the "salad" is less green stuff and more cheese, taco chips, and sorts of other insidious little additions. |

Rule of thumb - white ain't right... If it's white, its processed and probably not what you want put in your body. White rice, white flour, white sugar... You get the idea.... But complex carbs like whole grains are much better for you. They help to stablizing blood sugar and this can help some with binging. |

I have times when I have trouble getting 25g. I'm getting better though. We switched to whole wheat pasta and that's helped a lot. Fiber One bars help too but I'm looking for a subsitute since they're loaded with high fructose corn syrup and high maltose corn syrup. |

I usually only buy "regular" peanut butter when I'm baiting the rat traps. Half the reason to eat peanut butter is to get the peanut oil. Sadly, a lot of the companies who make peanut butter remove the peanut oil (because its expensive) and substitute cheaper oils like corn oil. I'm becoming increasingly convinced that the corn = poison. Because of that I only buy peanut butter for my own consumption from the local health food store. They make it in the store and boy... YUUUMMMMM! Commercially produced peanut butter doesn't stand up to that, so I don't think this would either. That said, I think it might be good for baking. |

That means pulling your toes up toward your shin at some point during your stride. Before you go changing your stride, I would tell you to consult with a competent orthapedic surgeon on that particular technique. |

Those are mostly used in rehab/physical therapy to work out a body part that's not functioning properly. I'm not sure how much good it would do you. It's probably better than sitting stock still and stuff down the Lay's potatochips while you watch the tube. Heck, almost anything is better than that. But if you're going to be sitting there anyway, you're not loosing anything. You may as well pedal. |

Try adding some weights if you want to tone up and "jiggle" less. "Jiggling" is a direct result of muscle tone. Other than that, it just takes time. You didn't get your jiggle overnight and it won't leave that way either :) |

You should do some kind of cardio just to get your metabolic rate up. You may be standing but I doubt that your heart rate is going up very much. And for the weights, if you want to tone up in a hurry you should work with MOST weight you can use, not eight pounds. |

If periods gross you out, stop reading now.... You have been warned... I always bloat DURING and for a few days aftward. I don't usually hit the "Full Bloat" until about mid-way through it. And my whole body usually aches non stop until it's over and Aunt Flo goes to stay somewhere else. |

Try changing out your routine and swimming some laps while the leg heals. Taking the repetitive stress off that joint should allow it to heal faster. |

Most of the people I know who do this definitely eat more on workout days. They vary their eating with their workout schedule so that they "eat back" all but 500 calories of what was consumed. |
