I had been overweight for a long time. When I was 18-19 I lost tons of weight very fast through unhealthy ways. I met my husband when I was skinny and I got up to 180lbs before we married about a year later. I got to 200lbs and finally decided that was it. I started working out and eating well and lost about 30lbs or more on my own. My mother-in-law who use to be a trainer started working out with me and I got down to 137. I had some surgery done and it took a few times to get it done correct so I was not able to work out from Feb 2006 to about October 2006. I gained back 15 to 20 lbs that I am struggling to take back off. I am trying very hard to get back into the gym routine and eating correct and which seems to be my most difficult problem. I am hoping to find people on this site that can offer me support and be friends with the same type of goals and interest. My over all goal is to get back to 137 at least and then if I still have pounds to get rid of then obviously more.
