Bio

 I'm 23 years old and started calorie counter on 1/27/09 at 176 pounds. I've lost about 4 pounds so far. I am following volumetrics which is a strategy for eating low energy dense foods, like cooked grains, produce, beans, tofu, low-fat meats, etc so that you can eat more food for less calories. I am trying to work out 4 times a week. I love to cook and am always happy to swap recipes and tips. I hope to get down to 125 by September or October 2009, my more immediate goal is to reach 150. Rewards I've set for myself

165- New Exercise Pants

150- Pair of high heels I've been wanting

135- Massage

125- Shopping Spree for new clothes!!
