I can't help but notice that this "vicious" pit bull puppy looks an awful lot like my puppy, Dora who happens to be pit bull/Shepard. Dora not only is the smartest dog in the world, she's also the most affectionate. In fact, her way of saying hello, good bye, good night and any other thing in the world is by licking you. Dogs say I love you by licking and if certain people here can't understand that then I hope to god they will never have a dog. I can't imagine my life without my dogs and I sure as hell can't imagine kids growing up without my first "babies".

I have 3 pitbull mixes, all rescues from abuse situations and it nauseates me to read this. These are people that shouldn't be allowed to walk our streets, let alone have dogs or kids. This country is far to lenient when it comes to abuse (animal, child, partner). If I could rescue every dog out there I would but in the meantime people need to stop breeding dogs and selling them to the wrong hands!!

And...to everyone that has negative comments in regards to pitbulls (or mixes of such) YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! I have had pit bulls all of my life ans they have proven to be the sweetest, smartest, and most loyal dogs I have encountered. Their behavior relies solely on the owner and instead of blaming the breed blame the society that created the sick f*&*s that created their bad rep.

How can you guys eat all that brocolli without the gas?!?

My latest healthy post-workout (my hungriest time of day) meal is egg whites, mushrooms, a can of tuna in water, salt and pepper....pour it all in a pan and let it cook like a quiche. It's high in protein and about 300 calories that satisfy my hungriest moments.

Hi!

Exactly a year ago I started my journey...and was STUCK for the longest time.

Working with a personal trainer helped me achieve everything that I wanted. She taught me how to eat, gave me great tips for every day stuff and most importantly kicked my ass 3 times a week.

A few months ago I got lazy and gained a bit back but now that I'm training with her again I'm re-motivated.

A trainer is not only good for the actual work-outs but also for support. Totally worth the money!!

Ok...I've decided to respond and risk getting laughed off here...

My boobs have recently deflated from a full D cup (that I loved) to a barely, saggy C cup (that I hate and feel uncomfortable with). Sure in a bathing suit or bra they still look good but I don't feel good about them. It's not the size, it's the shape and sagginess. So, I'm getting them done later on this year. I'm not doing it to fit society's standards of the perfect set of breasts, nor am I doing it to get more attention. I'm doing it to feel better about my body because that's what it's all about. What's the point in investing hours upon hours at the gym to get in shape for the first time in my life, if I don't feel good naked?!?!? I want to be able to enjoy every single aspect of my body, at all times, not just when I'm wearing a push-up bra. And...since I have so much excess skin to work with, and I'm extra curvy naturally, I'm sure they will look FABULOUS!!!!!

SO here's the story of one former chubby that misses her boobs.

Its crazy how quickly those little bites add up!! I was planning on having a nice mid-morning snack right about now but just remembered that I wasted those calories on a bite of a cookie (130 calories). Those bites usually aren't worth it!!!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
