I weighed 150 lbs Had lots of trouble doing everything especially walking. Begged my husband for a treadmill he didn't want to buy one said it would never get used  just take up space so I took my oldest daughter went and bought a used one took it apart put it in my car  came home used it until I wore a hole trough the belt & was unable to use it lost 45 lbs  But gained back to 135 because treadmill was broken  And it was winter kept asking for a new treadmill finally got one last Christmas I have struggled getting back down I was at 116 when I found and started using cc it has really helped . I am at 112.8 slowly getting to a normal weight for a short woman.
