| I eat asparagus everynight for dinner to drop water weight. Also, a long run works, or some peppermint tea:) | |||

I cant believe no one ssaid Quaker Oat Squares! I love these as a snack! For breakfast I prefer something lighter like quaker oatmeal w frozen blueberries or Fiber One honey cluster. I am also a huge fan of go lean crunch! |

Last time I replied to someone on here I said this and Ill say it again, 40cal no sugar added fudsicles. I also am an icecream-a-holic, and looking foward to this chocolatey goodness keeps me away from sugar the whole day. With the exception of cereal in the am, but I keep that under 11grams. Or you can try one snack size special dark hersheys on occasion. They are delightful. But in the end I agree with staying away from sugar. Have a diet coke or and iced coffee with equal in the middle of the day if you really need something. |

Nighttime seems to be the toughest time of day for everyone including myself. I have always had a sweet tooth, especially after dinner. My routine is after dinner I take my son for a wuick walk in his stroller then I treat myself to a 40 cal fudgsicle and a glass of skim milk. I do this almost everynight during the week. On the weekends I give myself a little leeway but always count the calories because even when I go over and they start to add up that usually motivates me to stop. Theres always tomorrow to eat more...and every calorie shows up on the scale. |

I agree! You only live once. Yo need to live a healthy life but not a boring monotonus one. I gained 4lbs Sunday. But I am already down 2. One day just puts on water weight. Two and three days may be a little harder to shed. |
