I currently seem to maintain a weight between 120-126 depending on what I'm wearing and how bad I eat in a week. I weigh myself twice a week when I donate plasma. I would like to maintain 120 lbs and tone up a bit... mostly my tummy.

Sense Jr High I have been health concious. I even kept a food journal for a little over a year. Throughout school I was very active but I haven't been able to keep it up sense graduation. So I have just altered my diet to match my lazyness....

Mostly I need to watch my portions. I have more sodium than is healthy for me... even though I don't add salt to my food. I have a problem with sweets...I try to limit them but some days I just can't stop myself... and I need to work out more often. I don't eat fast food, fried or greasy food. I don't drink soda or coffee. . I LOVE food and often find myself snacking when I'm not even hungry. I always look forward to what I'm going to eat next.

I live with my boyfriend who is also trying to get back into shape. I own my own small buisness which is a lot of work... and I am going to College part time.

I just got into Hoopdance (Hoopnotica.com) for a fun way to tone up a bit but I still have a lot of moves to learn.
