Thats the lunch meat I eat, i combine smoked and oven roasted turkey types, and I like it a lot. About the Healthy Choice one... I tried it and it made my stomach liquid for about 3 days, and got me sick, maybe it was just a bad experience I had with it, but I will never get it again. Anyone else ever have any issues with it?

Breakfast - Oatmeal, apple

Snack - Kashi GoLean Crunchy Bar (only thing i had lol)

Lunch - Turkey sandwich (wheat bread, turkey, onion, tomatoe, green peppers, lettuce) w/ apple

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Turkey sandwich (see above) w/ apple

Snack - Oatmeal, apple

Something ive noticed about myself... i have an addiction to apples........ if i dont eat one after a certian period of time, i get light-headed from the lack of sugar, i know its bad but i dont really know what to do about it. i know my diet is kinda... ehh... but suggestions would be gooooood. I'm gonna add veggies to it instead of the kashi and some of the fruit (kashi only had today cuz its all i had at home), but other than that anything you can say?

thanks

We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
