I am 26 years old and I am scared about what the future holds for me at this weight, or worse, additional weight. I am considered "severly obese" by my BMI height/weight ratio standards. WOW...that is a wake up call. Especially when I look like everyone else in my hometown. How did I get so sidetracked and blinded? Well, my eyes are wide open now, and I know that with my faith and trust in Jesus Christ and the willpower that I have got to keep sharp I will do it THIS YEAR! Prayer, prayer, and more prayer.
