Im a 27 year old mother of 2 boys becomming very frustrated with my body.  I diet and workout 5 days a week.  I hit my goal weight last year, but I still look bad.  I thought I'd be happy at 110.  Wrong, so then I said 105, then 100, now I'm 98 and I'm hoping I'll be happy at 95....see the problem. 

I've decided to amp up my weight training,  cut down on my cardio, and increase my protien.  I am seriously afraid that by cutting my cardio, I'm going to gain some weight back.  That in conjunction with the couple pounds of muscle I plan to put on, I'm headed for a melt down.

I am obsessed with the scale, and I don't think I could handle it if it said 105+

Ahhh! just thinking about it makes me want to forget it, and keep my cardio, It is so hard for someone my size to lose a single pound, so the idea of losing all that hard work sucks!

Hopefully, It will come on slowly so I can SEE the results before my scale does.
