Well I guess it's good it didn't go up. I've made changes but I know I need to step it up.

Wow I've missed alot. You all sound like you are doing pretty good! I've been struggling this week. Not sure I'll have a loss on Friday. I need to post more often. That would help keep me on track. And I need to workout...

Hey guys, I posted my weight this morning but had to come back. This challenge is helping already! At lunch I made healthier choices because I only want to report good #'s. Yay! any way It's freaking hot. Temp is at 39 degrees right now(wow thats 102.2F for any one not from Canada) I gotta go jump in a lake. Cool off and exercise at the same time

Hi, I'm a Sarah too, hope that's not too many. I'm a mom of 3 from Canada. I'm yo-yoing and it's driving me nuts! It's hot and I've lost the will to exercise, I'd rather have a beer. Maybe this will help me get back on track on once and for all!

sorry I've been away. I've gained back the 1lb I lost. I can't seem to find constant motivation. The time change made it to dark to run in the morning(the only time I have) and foodUndecided...I need to take control.

Me too! Mindless eating gets me. I am starting again today. I will plan what I put in my mouth.

I have 4 kids here till Sunday when we have to take my step daughter home. Should be fun and keep me running. I think we will go fishing! Hope nobodyfalls in, brrr.

Well gotta make pancakes(for them not me)

Me too, me too!

I'm 32  from BC. My weight has been up and down, currently up. Ready for down. I lost 1lb this week! WOO! I'm 5'9 168lbs. I've just started running again. Been out twice this week, going again tomorrow too. I'm a momma of 3. We live with my bf. He's great. Loves me the way I am but understands I'm not happy this weight. I will get to my goal! Support is always helpful!

Brrr this morning. Frosty. Can't complain though, this has been a very mild winter. I'm Canadian in British Columbia. My run was good this morning. My eyes were watering from the cold but was still good. gotta get ready for work

I used to run all the time but I haven't in so long. I run outsaide. Went out for 20 minute this morning(all I had time for before work) Felt good to get out again.

Hi koilady

I would love to be your friend. It is so hard to lose without the support of friends. I'm having trouble regaining control of my eating. Doing ok but just maintaining. Gonna start running tomorrow

Hey

I'm 32 too but have 20 to lose. I'm the same when I come home for work. I do great all day but when my bf comes home..... He has never had to lose weight but wants to gain a few pounds. I'm starting running tomorrow!

No current exercise routine but have started hiking the mountain around me and occationally use my elliptical or 30day shred. Want to start running again but time is an issue

Hey! I'm once again losing the weight. Would love some buddies for support!  My highest weight not pregnant was 204 lowest 154. Aiming for 149 this time. The last time...

I'm 32, 5'9 169. Looking to lose 20lbs. I'm a mommy of 3. boy 9 and my girls are 7 and 5. We live with my bf. He is wonderful. 

Well off to burn some calories!
