| Bio | I want to loose at least 75 lbs. I am very well perportioned but just have to much portion in every area. I want to work my way up to 1 hr of exercise every day I had anerexia when I was a teen and have issues when I start exercising. It controls me instead of me controlling it. I go overboard and it drives my hubby crazy until I just quit. Same with dieting. I am starting out slow. I have to loose this weight but can't let it consume me. I'm diabetic and am only on pills. I have been in 2 wrecks that were not my fault and am really feeling my weight with aches and pain. |
