Able to put up numbers I prefer.  Unfortunately, this took all day and 4 trips to the gym to get in.  Now tho I'm done working and ready for a Saturday Night.  I think I deserve it.

I eat every 2-3 hours whether its just a snack or more of a meal.


Breakfast is always within the first hour that I'm awake.  Even if I'm up before 5am to go to the gym, I at least have some orange juice with some whey powder mixed in before I'm out the door.  I'll have something more when I get back.


Lunch and dinner are a little bit bigger than my snacks.  Meals are around 350 calories or so and snacks are about 200.  I have a morning, afternoon, and evening snack and aim for 1850 calories and burn about 700 calories/day at the gym.

I usually have most of my starches at breakfast whether it be an english muffin, waffles, or cereal.  Sometimes at lunch I'll have a sandwich with light bread or a La Tortilla wrap.  I get plenty of carbs with fruits during my snacks.  I usually get about 20% fats, 30% protein, and 50% carbs.  My fats are what I need to work on most.  I'm usually low.  Really, you need them!   Don't be scared!

If you need a break, take a break!  Actually due to Drs orders I can't be at the gym as long as I like, so I gotta make multiple short trips if I want all my time.  The girl at the check-in desk looks at me a little weird, but I'm getting my sweat on.  Today I plan to get in 4 trips for a little over a half hour each.

Got my post edited bright and early today! (well, it's past 9:00, but that's better than posting late as usual). My original post is on page 2, #29.  Glad to see my small progress tho I didn't reach my goal. I am however real close and at this rate I'll see my goal weight next month.

Got to the gym for another short session.  Just can't put in the big times cuz of Drs orders so now I gotta make more trips and working that into the day is being difficult especially since I started back at work on Monday.  I hope to get quite a few trips in over the weekend.

That covers the time spent yesterday.  I had to break up my gym times so this was 3 trips.  I really wanted to make 4, but I ad some shopping to do and it took longer than anticipated.  Gym was closed today cuz of holiday, but I still had a good  % balance of fats, protein, carbs and I had a good deficit as well.

Tomorrow I get to go back to work after nearly 2 months.  I plan to go to the gym before and after work.

Finished the day as I expected.  Went to the gym for 3 shorter sessions of cardio and keeping my heart rate around 70%.

Thats from yesterday's 'dedicated gym time'.  The doctors want me to cut down my already really slow intensity and I want all my time at the gym, I need to make it into more multiple trips.  I got 2 trips yesterday which were about the same as 1 of my usually regular easy trips.  bleh .  Recovering sucks/

I'll report todays numbers after my next trip after 5:00.  That will make 3 trips for me today and probably add 105min to my total.

Yay goal attained!  I'll keep reporting tho.  Im curious where I'll end up at the end of the month.  However I do expect to slow down (~50min a day during the week and more on the weekends)

didn't report yesterday's time spent in the gym and had a good session this morning as well (other than I think someone wiped down the machine with Purelle.  Yuck, what a slimy mess)
